The CLOUD 9 pavilion serves as a central meeting point. It creates a space that transforms from day to night and from summer to winter. CLOUD 9 embodies Mile End’s character.It allows for the exihibition of interactive art, namely digital art.... Music, screens, storage and electrical panels are integrated within the structure. A presentation space draws people into the sheltered zones of the pavilion. CLOUD 9 is a social hub that responds to the various facets of Mile End: its urban style, elegant cafés, reputated galleries and spirited residents. Whereas the pavilion is a permanent structure, its role in the quartier will change over time.
