a fictional branch of the Toronto Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), CreateTO and the Toronto Industry Network (TIN).
Our project investigates the relationship between land ownership, land use and the process of unlocking the potential futures of redeveloped sites.
The Port Lands is considered as a sample site to see how past and current industry affected the spill quality of the site, which in
turn problematizes the redevelopement of the site for residential and civic uses.
