A nano cabin on Montreal's Mount Royal

Lightbox is a modern cabin for a biologist who is working on Montreal’s Mount Royal. This cabin provides the researcher with meditative spaces while working. Since the cabin is located in an open space, the windows have photovoltaic cells that generate electricity to light the cabin at night. This light guides the biologist home after a long day in the wild.
